Year 5/6 Class Mrs El-yorby

Thursday May 18th - Mrs El-yorby and Freddie have just telephoned. The children have been canoeing down a river with a Land Rover at the bottom - Freddie felt it with his oars! They attempted to build a campfire last night but the weather wasn't kind. One group have been on a sensory trail this morning - blindfolded and having to follow a rope through lots of mud! There has also been orienteering and now they have stopped for lunch.  Freddie is impressed with the food.  Most children had a good night's sleep after their busy day yesterday.  This afternoon one group will be raft building and trying out their rafts on the river.  The other group will be climbing and abseiling.
